Staff is eager to help and very courteous. Cleanliness needs can be surely improved upon. Room also needs upgradation.

It was the second stay at Kohinoor within a few weeks. I enjoyed the few days there: the team at the reception (especially Lavina), the team taking care of luggage or in the restaurant (Umesh and all the other guys) were very nice and helpful. Thank you to all of you !

Already subbed a review...its tired...old..expensive..smelly but in gd location for train and airport. I wouldnt go there again.

This property is very tired with scuffed carpet..old fashioned rooms that need updating. Its plumbing is noisey..rooms initially smelly as you walked in and in need of a good clean. Value for money i think its expensive for what you got. Staff generally ok but not the most friendliest. Its only saving grace is that it is stones throw from airport and right next to metro. I wouldnt recommend

Very nice experience. The hotel is very close to Mumbai airport (roughly an 8 to 10 minute taxi ride away) if you're willing to wade into the chaos of trying to secure a prepaid taxi or Uber, and if you want an affordable hotel during an overnight layover or short trip, this is a convenient place. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. The hotel is right in the middle of an unbelievably noisy area, and it's hard to even carry on a conversation in the lobby, but the room itself was surprisingly nice and quiet. Overall, an excellent value for the price and a convenient hotel very close to the airport.

Average Hotel with out dated rooms with no bathroom only shower, I inquired as I was after a room with a bath, I was told there isn't any ! Hotel welcomes smokers with smoker room and a designated smoker room Great if you are smoker, off putting for a non smokers like me

very good security internet limits would like large tv larger coffee bar

They checked us into a B wing and the room was stinking ! When we complained they moved us to A wing which was comfortable , great location though

Room 225 had a musty odor. Definitely not a 4 star experience However the reception area was very nice. The restaurant scores high marks as well. The rooms need an upgrade. Staff was very friendly & helpful
