Due to Covid, I sanitized everything that my children would touch. While doing so, there wweee short hair strands in the tub and on the wall. I had one towel and the room was a family suite. Gladly, the giy brought us additional towels but were slighy damp. The comforter on both beds had stains and the new blanket that was brought to me also had a stain. Not sure if they should be using bleach since they are white and it's covid. I dropped some food on the floor and when i wiped it, it was so dirty that the wipes turned black. Not sure when the last time it was mopped. I bought bleach and threw it in the tub and the toilet and wiped everything with antibacterial wipes. Practically cleaned the entire room and we were only staying one night. But since I have small children, that was necessary. Be sure to bring slippers or don't walk around the room with just socks on because your socks will turn black. I won't be returning to this hotel. I have always loved Best Western and i have had no issues, especially with cleanliness, except for this one.

People were arguing in the hallway from 1am-330am. It was disturbing.

I will never stay in this hotel no more. Extremely terrible customer services. Extremely dirty everywhere in the room and outside of the room.

Tv and coffee maker not working; security was not able to contain unruly occupants next to my room, I had to ask to be transferred; next room was smelly again I had to transfer. 3 rooms in 2 nights!

It was ok nothing special but it was a lot of people hanging outside

The hotel and the room were clean and spacious. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport.

It was ok I called twice for wash cloths and never got them for my 3 day stay so the room only had 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel and 3 bath towels for the stay. The fridge was not cold enough and was dirty. The bed was comfortable but the floor was noisy and smelled of smoke because other guests were smoking in the rooms. I used to like this hotel but probably wont stay here again.

Super close to airport but no airplane noise definitely recommend

Needed a place to stay one night since we missed our flight. Our first room was on the second floor, the floor and room smelled so bad + when we went to the room there was roaches crawling on the wall. I called and they moved us to the fifth floor which at least didn’t have bugs or the smell. The floors were really sticky and gross we all wore shoes the whole time, the shower was dirty. We were woken up several times throughout the night due to the rowdy crowds that do stay there. Screaming and running down the hall at all hour of the night. The good things about this place is the convient shuttle, restaurant and bar downstairs and the staff was very helpful. You just do feel kind of icky there.
