Super Clean and comfortable. I loved that there was a mini kitchen in the room. Extremely accommodating. Very welcoming staff. Just wish there was a pool.

Great place to stay, clean and tidy. The hotel's location is really good compared to the subway. There was a big difference in how friendly the staff were. at the start of our stay they were amazing but at the end of our stay there came new staff - they were not service minded

Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Close to restaurants. Easy access to get into NYC via the Holland tunnel.

Microwave in room broken. They called a "taxi" for us... A man named Morris arrived in a black SUV. Did not now where Battery Park was... Had no logo, no cab name, no meter. Just gave me a phone number to call him later for pickups back to the hotel... We arrive at Battery park in NYC, a mere 5 miles or less away... Wants $79.00! Taxis are at most $30 to $40 for that distance, even with a toll. He said it would be another $69 to get back... We had enough to take a PATH train back and walk the rest. If these two events hadn't happened, we would have given a much better ratiing

The staff was so kind. I needed a skillet and only had pots in the room. They sent someone searching and delivery a skillet to my room.
