WORST HILTON I HAVE EVER VISITED

The website and hotels.com shows a hot tub/spa and it’s filled in with concrete at the actual location. The website never mentions the pool is closed, even for winter dates. The doors were unlocked so we went to swim, and the front desk was very rude in claiming the pool was closed to cold weather. The 65 degree sunny weather, in late april? Have never been so disappointed, with no pool or spa they also charged for the “continental” breakfast. The rooms were not clean, we had yellow tinted towels and wash cloths. We found dirty sheets on our bed, and the room smelled. We also could not get our Air conditioner to work at all, woke up sweating in our hotel room.

I was disappointed with the accommodations provided by the hotel. There were young men hanging out and holding loud conversations in the 4th floor hallway outside my room until the early morning hours both nights. Occasionally women’s voices were heard as well. It is possible the a party was being held in One of the nearby rooms and the overflow was in the hallway. I was concerned about my safety. Even though I have reason to visit the area, I will not stay at the hotel again. The value I attached to the Hilton brand was lowered.

The room was large. The cleanliness was not perfect but it was ok . There is not a coffee after Breakfast time. They did not have any coffee k-cup for keuring in the room , as well. There were glasses in the parking lot.

Staycation

My room was clean and the hotel was mostly quiet during my 3 night stay. Only heard closing doors that shook the room, which was weird but didn't happen too oftern.

False advertisements

The descriptions said they had a jacuzzi, upon arrival, I was informed that it had been discontinued. There was only one wash rag in the room and when I asked for more I was told by the cleaning crew I could only get one. I had to ask the front desk twice to finally get more. They disable the cable and made excuses as to why it wasn’t working “We’re on the phone now with the cable company” and “Our general manager has to change the password to our account” It didn’t come back until our final night there! The receptionist were all on their personal phones every time we passed by. Breakfast was $14 per person, I was better off going out to get my breakfast. Over all I was highly dissatisfied with my stay.

I thought it would have been nice if updated and the rooms updated. We didn’t have any channels in our room and there were at least more then one light bulb out. Our bath tub was clogged and when we showered tub filled up which i thought was disgusting. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was wonderful. I would say if your doing a quick stop like I did for one night it’s okay. i will say it’s by a lot of restaurants and shopping centers which is convenient.

The location was ideal and the breakfast option was nice but we ended up not using it. The hotel itself seemed older and not very soundproof. We heard doors closing and other random noise through the night. Also, our TV only had like 15 channels. We got back to the room late so it wasn't worth changing rooms for but still annoying.
