Not sure if because of the Covid situation it has hurt this hotel but this is the first bad experience we have had here in over 12 years of staying. Hopefully it will be better next time we come into town.

12 night stay and they cleaned once....and minimally. Use Covid as an excuse for no services or amenities. Had to hunt down staff to get rid of garbage, really over priced based on lack of services. Won’t stay again.

Our room had a bad smell when we first walked in and we had to get air freshener from the front desk. The floors were not that clean and the refrigerator didn’t work. The manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful and we were compensated for our inconvenience.

Theres splatters all over the doors and walls. Either blood or feces on the bathroom door. Towel from last guest wasn't changed because they left a coin under it. Dirty drawers, stained sheets. The 1st room smelled like bug spray and had dirty counters among other issues. We didn't complain about the 2nd room because after the 1st room it was definitely an improvement. We asked for no housekeeping the 1st day but someone came in just to plug the clock in. Didn't get the trash or dirty towels. Stayed in older places that were much cleaner.

Man at front desk was very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employee was a creep. He manipulated the system charged me cash and kept the money for himself.

It was a clean hotel and the staff were very accommodating even in the middle of COVD-19.

We typically love the StayBridge Hotel line, but this was run down. Closet doors off their hinges. Ceiling light fixture lopsided, stains on all the furniture, bathroom faucets we needed two hands to turn on/off. My daughter fixed the toilet on more than one occasion and we were only there one night. Pulled out the couch to use as a bed and a piece of bent metal support fell out. Mattress on this pull out was full of tobacco leaves and the packets of half-empty tobacco. Bedding for this pull out was in a torn plastic holder. Unfortunately due to COVID, the owner had chosen to not fill the pool (this was not mentioned in the Expedia ad) and breakfast was the pre-packaged pop-tarts, sweet rolls behind the desk. Other StayBridge we had been to on this vacation had an open pool and grab-and-go hot sandwiches. Was overall very disappointed with this hotel

More communication needed regarding new procedures since Covid-19

Toilet ran all night And toilet seat was on the verge of falling off. No maintenance on the weekends so had to deal with it. Staff didn’t care either! Expedia charged me a booking fee of almost one hundred dollars and I will never use Expedia again either!!! No one should be able to charge a booking fee that high but was denied a partial refund through Expedia!!! Shame on them and the hotel!!!
