Eh, could be worse

The bathroom door would not shut and the toilet seat is broken so it pinches when you sit down. Also, one of the two Electricity outlets has a prong broken into it so you cannot use the plug.

We rented the room for a wedding therefore we were not there too much mustly to sleep. The room was fine, it has a microwave and a FRIDGE. The bathroom was a little dirty had some hair but you get what you paid for.

Not worth the cost and needs serious updating

For what the cost was compared to the condition of the room and hotel I would not recommend. The door to room and bathroom would get stuck to the point you couldn’t open at all and were trapped and the bathroom door had previous damage to it. Should have been replaced. The phone in room didnt work and was not replaced even though front desk said maintenance would come and fix it or replace it. Ceiling light flickered on and off all night, and the elevators were very old and we did the sign of the cross anytime we had to use it. It was not a relaxing or comfortable stay at all

No room srervices!!!

During 3 days stay, nobody entered/cleaned/refilled anything!! Ovarall the hotel worth the price, but was dissapointed from the no-service

I am going to stay again!

Pros- Great free breakfast, clean area, friendly Check-in, good time for checkout and end breakfast. Cons- here bed said double- YES doble no queen so they are full size, lady in the kitchen was worry/sad that day because one of the ovens wasn’t working and no one help her( she handled it like a champ, deserve a raise), one of the door doesn’t work w badge(not even the one from maintenance) but i know all this issues will be fixed soon. I am going to stay here again for sure😀

Very friendly staff

I was there attending a funeral, upon arrival staff was very cooperative, gave me an early courtesy checkin in, hotel is renovated room was clean. The door lock became an issue but the front desk helped to resolve by changing key twice. I highly recommend for it’s convenient location and staff, specially the girl checked me in was extremely polite. Parking wasn’t an issue, too bad couldn’t avail breakfast due to an early flight

Issue with shuttle

There was no shuttle service when we arrived at the airport (contrary to what was announced when we made reservation). The apparent reason was that their phones were down and it was impossible to contact them. We even contacted the national number but they could not help. In theory we were supposed to call them in order to get the shuttle to pick us up. We later learned that some people waited two hours for the shuttle to just show up and it eventually appeared.

Pricey for the issues it has

The cable didn’t work; went to ask the front desk what was up, and he lied to me and said it would be up in an hour. Don’t lie be truthful. Internet was hard log onto, had to call a help desk to get them to bypass my computer. Night staff was awesome! At least give a discount to the costumers if you have an amenities out.
