The front staff was extremely friendly! The room had clearly not been vacuumed as there were crumbs, almond pieces and receipts on the floor. The desk had not been wiped down either. It had coffee stains and crumbs on it. The bathroom was clean but the floor tiles were cracked. Looked like the whole place needs to be updated as well. Overall, I would stay somewhere else next time.

The keys to the door had to be worked on to work properly and the drain under the sink was leaking and required maintenance service.

The hotel was a nice clean place but the customer service is lacking. I had to go down and et my own towels because they had no one to bring them to me.

Loved My Stay

This was my first time at this hotel and I must say I loved it there.The attendant was very pleasant when checking in.The room was very clean and spacious.

Disappointing

I'll start with the good: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Convenient off of highway. Young lady who checked me in was very pleasant. I travel a lot for work, and I don't generally leave bad reviews (I think this is really my first one) but there was a lot of bad here: 1. When I booked, I requested a room that was away from the elevator since I work night shift as an ER nurse and need to sleep during the day. My room was almost directly across from the elevator. 2. There was dog poop all over the hotel grounds, including in the parking area. Lots of it. 3. The hotel is so close to the highway that you can hear every vehicle, especially tractor trailers, that go by. Very hard to sleep. 4. There were numerous "body hairs" all over the bathroom and in the bathtub, like it wasn't really cleaned from the last guests. I took a picture, but I feel like it would be gross to share here. 5. There were boogers smeared all over the headboard of the bed. 6. The overall condition of the hotel is quite run down. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, stains on the ceilings and walls, floor coming up in the elevator, etc. I was really suprised by this hotel, since the ratings were pretty good, but I won't be staying here again. It will suffice for a quick one night stay when traveling alone, but I wouldn't bring my family here. I also wouldn't recommend for any "romantic" type trip, unless you're paying by the hour.

Clean hotel, friendly staff easy check in and out!

Hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Hot breakfast was ok I’m not a fan of the mass produced scrambled eggs but it was hot I was impressed with the biscuits and sausage gravy though I wish I could have taken some with me! I would have liked to have the black out curtains. Only the sheer ones could be completely closed. Woke up to a very bright room!

Hotel room was nice and spacious. Loved the whirlpool. It lost some points because the roof was leaking in my room. I dealt with it because i was only staying for one night and i wasnt close to the bed.
