Meh

It’s a fairly new hotel & I always enjoy that. The only drawbacks were no coffee in room, no coffee maker, nada. Never have I ever stayed in a hotel room without “in room coffee”. Also, no carpet. Looked and felt very stark. Everything else was fine. Oh…and the decor. I like modern, but this looks like a kid’s playroom. I would say the business model could use some tweaking. Great idea, poorly executed. I won’t be staying at Tru by Hilton anytime soon.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was nice. When i put water bottles in the refrigerator I noticed it wasn't working, I discovered the plug was loose. It might be a good idea to check that the TV connections are connected properly after each guest. Ours was not connected. We have stayed at your site before but never ate breakfast, we did this time. There was a good selection. The items that we had were good.Your front desk people were very good!!!

Nice Stay

The hotel was friendly and clean. The only negative was the pillows were terrible and need to be replaced and I did mention this as we checked out. Breakfast choices were nice and lots of healthy options and great coffee.

Great hotel!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really nice. Our room was modern and super comfy. The breakfast was pretty standard. The highlight was the pancake machine.

Nice Amenities but LOUD

The staff was super friendly and the property was extremely well-kept and clean with great amenities. The lobby is full of games and lots of common space inside and outside with fire pits. Great place for larger groups. However, the walls are absolutely paper thin and all the groups means it was LOUD all hours of the day and night. You can hear word-for-word conversations of everyone who passes by in the hall, and every step someone takes above. We also found the beds to be very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was very nice. Overall I would stay again if we came with a group, but do not recommend for a relaxing couples trip.
