Couldn’t make trip due to covid and cancelled flights. Tried to get refund or get credits through hotel and Expedia to no avail. Money grabbers.

Very nice hotel and amazing breakfast buffet. Right outside the Arlanda Express station.

Fantastic location by the Arlanda Express and Central stations. Room was lovely and clean.check in and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Only downsides were that there was no drinking water in the room and the breakfast room is too small so, although plenty of choice and food was lovely, it wasn’t a very relaxing experience having to share tables, noisy, wait for food and for tables to be cleared.

The double room was a bit too small for 2 people On the contrary the twin bed room was quite spacious.

I spent a short stay in one of the internal no window rooms. Overall for what it is, it worked out well. Though I do question putting a lounge chair, in a room with such limited space. In general the room worked well, though the shower was blocked, so flooded the bathroom when used. As I was leaving on an extremely early flight, there was no point in trying to change rooms. At the end of the day, it was as expected, though I have had more room in other Stockholm hotels in similar internal no window rooms. I did not get a chance to eat breakfast, as I had to leave for my flight before breakfast was available. Maybe as the hotel is located near the transport hub, longer breakfast hours (especially in the weekend) could be considered.

Excellent location adjacent to Central rail station and Arlanda Express, but still easy access to tourist sites. Hotel itself was modern and spacious, being good value. Cleaning could have been slightly better, but not unacceptable. Breakfast was excellent. Bed and Linen all perfect.

Location is great! Hotel rooms, not so much. It was ok.

Loved how close it was to the Arlanda Express. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Nice surprise of the room (pretty wallpaper of the city). Its like sleeping in a city square surrounded by buildings.Loved the breakfast. Would definitely highly recommend and would stay here when next in Stockholm.
