Very nice and clean place to stay. Good customer service and were very flexible with us when we extended our stay. Very beautiful during the snow fall with the balcony rooms

A horrible experience. High level of disrespect towards a hotels.com check in. Got charged left and right for basic amenities. Completely ruined our weekend. Don’t stay here.

It's a great value. Clean and basic and we would stay here again for sure. It's nothing fancy. It's in a really good location and an easy walk to everything.

Eran tres edificios Nos tocó el tercero al principio no abría la puerta porque parece que estaba mal la batería del las tarjetas para abrir la puerta solucionaron rápido nuestro problema tal vez nos mandaron al tercer edificio porque teníamos animales bueno dos perritos sólo estuvimos una noche y nuestra Estancia estuvo bien dormimos bien cuando entramos estaba limpio el cuarto

Great clean place. Room a little dated, but still very nice. Our only concern was the place was full to capacity. A little noisy but no problems. We would stay here again.

Surprised at how well furnished the room was. At first glance the property is a bit underwhelming but that changed when we actually got into the room. Good location, quiet, and very relaxing.

Location is great you can walk to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. My concern is the elevator and hallways that were pretty dirty Also they didn't clean our room, no empty trash or make the bed. We got towels from her in the hall. Couldn't locate the luggage trolly when we were leaving. We stayed across the street on the 3rd floor.

When checking in the hotel registration had people that did not pay attention to those waiting in line. They had an attitude about them that appeared they chose when they wanted to process the next customer. The room that they had me in were way out from the hotel and directions were terrible. It took over 15 minutes until I got to my room. Parking was terrible. After 11:30pm on a Friday evening, people were talking outside my hotel area. Walls are paper thin. I called the front desk to ask people to be quiet. Half hour later, still hearing people talking. Close to 1 am called the front desk, they said that they sent someone to quiet the area, people still making noise, no consideration for those getting sleep. Could not sleep at all. Went to cehck out breakfast, not much of selection. They limit one yogurt and these are the kid size. Took a shower, hardly any hot water. My wife took a shower after me, mkiserable... mostly cold. When checking out, hotel charged a resort fee. This was not explained at all when I registered. Only good thing I did correct was stayed for only one night.
