Nice hotel with good breakfast.

Hotel is in close to the parks, have a nice pools, people is very friendly specially the host in the breakfast room, breakfast are ok ( open early 6:30 am) , no too much variety from day to day but "come on " are free, my only consideration is that the schedule to the park leave the hotel kind of late and arrive kind of early , those park are very crowded and you need to be early , my advice rent a car or get uber but is almost the same price.

My husband and I stayed at this property 5 nights in total. The front desk staff and woman working at the concierge desk were great. Upon check in, we had planned to go to Universal's Citiwalk for dinner our first night, but the woman checking us in suggested Disney Springs..free parking and many different sit-down dining options, free outdoor entertainment, and shopping. We went back 3 nights and had a great dining experience each time! HIGHLY recommend! Not too far of a drive either. Recommend renting a car. Our room, as requested, had a king size bed, however the layout of the room was poor. When you enter, there is a sitting area with a desk, couch, chair, and flat screen TV..all nice, but in the dark..no outside light. The bathroom was spacious, as it was handicap accessible, but there was just one pedestal sink, a toilet, and a shower with no place to put toiletries. We carried a small table into the bathroom so we could have a place to put our toiletries. Very little water pressure while showering. This might sound trivial, but I am just sharing my impression of the room/hotel so others can take all things into consideration.Lots of options to stay in Kissimmee! The recreation area outside the hotel seemed to be great for kids. There is a $20.00/day resort fee for these amenities, which we knew prior to booking-none of which we used. The woman in charge of breakfast should focus on being sure all food items are replenished, rather than being sure you had your room key.

The staff working the front desk were great! Checking us in and offering suggestions for dining based on what we were looking for. The woman who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast area however, seemed more concerned with checking to see if you had your room key before stepping online for food than being sure that the items being offered were properly replenished. Limited options for healthy options...Covid seems to be the go-to answer when asking why certain options at the breakfast and the hotel itself were no longer being offered.

We are family of 2 adults & 2 kids, stayed for 4 nights, for 2nd time after 5 years. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to many attractions and restaurants and also good pool area & we got 1 day pass to the kids area. Apart from the resort fees (which was mentioned in Expedia.com while booking), everything else was great.
