Amazing stay! Great room , breakfast and views. No room espresso machine, no turndown service only 2 negatives but rest is fantastic.

We arrived 25 minutes after check in opened. Staff told us they don’t have our room available even though we had already paid for it. They upgraded us to a room in the old/original section of the hotel. The room was not nice, extremely old with stained carpets and a sliding door that didn’t shut properly. The paint on the front door had not even been finished! We just wanted what we had paid for but the hotel staff are extremely rude and not at all accommodating. Hotels.com were even worse and as Gold Members we thought they would help us but they said the hotel did everything they could. We provided over a dozen photographs and they ignored all our evidence and decided in favour of the hotel.

We have stayed before and this time on our honeymoon. Staff are brilliant everyone looks after you. You can’t beat the service at this hotel You can walk to town but they have a good shuttle service. They even took us to station trice. Breakfast has such enormous choice and again staff always attentive. You can have it in the terrace with the lovely views of lake islands mountains Bliss. Cocktails in the lounge with muse bouche before dinner another experience with pianist and lavish surroundings Our room was not as nice as last visit but that was our fault. Should have rung hotel to upgrade But we still had a balcony with some views of lake. Lovely to wake up to. Whirlpool bath. Comfy bed. And english channels if you need to watch tv Only thing missing tea making facilities Even though the hotel had a 60th birthday. A wedding. And then a fine art group of about 50 people we were still made to feel special. They ordered us a water taxi to go to an island for lunch We shall definitely be back You might think it’s a bit expensive but worth every euro Forgot to say lovely sitting out area beside the pool

Beautiful spot on the lake. Recommend booking a lake view room over park view.

Amazing hotel, beyond expectations. Location is very beautiful but a bit outside of the town.

Third stop on a 70 th birthday celebration. Very good in all respects.

All I can say is if you visit Lake Maggiore stay here. Everything was perfect from check in to check out and everything in between. Food was amazing the views are to die for, spa service beyond relaxing. I cannot think of one negative thing about this hotel or our stay. Would absolutely return on my next visit to Lake Maggiore

Simply magnificent at all levels .. What more can be added to perfection in locstion. Amenities, ulinary and service. Staff are beyound reproach for courtesy and friendliness
