Unilofts Grande-Allee

Great place to stay. We walked everywhere. We went on a walking tour with of the city. It was very informative. I would recommend a walking tour. Lots of restaurants on the same street. The staff are all very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wrong room completely

I did’nt get the room that the pictures was showing at all. The room was much smaller. The couch had stains and tares on it. The bed was supposed to be a queen and it was only a double sized. The whirlpool didn’t work. The curtains had holes in it. Had to move furniture around to plug all the lights in the room and no free outlet beside the bed to plug my phone charger. I will never go there again and also don’t suggest to any one else

Worst place to stay, don't go there

Not enough parking for everyone so you end up having to look for a public one. Room was discusting. Hair and dust everywhere, even found a sanitary towel behind the small fridge. Noise was also terrible. Walls are made of cardboard and you can hear everyone walking around in the hotel. Honestly, worst hotel we have visited. We ended up leaving in the middle of the first night because we could not stand it anymore. We did not get reimbursed for the 2 remaining nights. They said management would call us a few days later and never received any call. Don't go there, it's just awful.

Mauvaise expérience

La chambre n’était pas comme sur la photo. La fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas et donnait sur un escalier extérieur. N’importe qui aurait pu entrer dans ma chambre puisqu’elle s’ouvrait facilement. J’ai du être transférée d’hôtel à 21h parce qu’il était impossible de réparer la fenêtre…

My time in Our History

The location is great. Old Quebec city has several restaurants close by to enjoy. Food is good but a little pricey though.There are many historical paces to visit and enjoy. This is where Canada began. I will visit Quebec in the future.

one night experience

The location of hotel is good close to old town, and staffs are very nice and helpful but condition of hotel needs to be updated, and no elevator.

Amazing!!!!

My original booking was with the Uniloft hotel. We arrived after 10pm and because the front desk was closed, we had to walk 1/2 a block to the Le Concord hotel to check in, which was no problem. On arrival to our room at Uniloft, we discovered the a/c was broke. It was 84 degrees in the room, and way too hot to get a good nights sleep, so we caled the concord hotel (Unilofts is owned/ran by them) and they promptly sent maintenance over to check it out. After determining the a/c could not be fixed, we had to re pack everything and take it to the concord, where they offered to put us up for the night, with the intent to move back to Uniloft the next morning. Well, not only did the concord manager, Christian, put us in a suite for the night, they insisted on letting us just stay in that suite for rest of our stay, which was a week. The difference in cost was over $3000, and they did not charge me one extra cent. The room at uniloft was cozy, authentic, with original cobblestone walls, and oh so charming. I'm really sad we couldn't have stayed in that room, but the service at the concord was impeccable. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and the suite was spacious and have very comfortable beds. I am very impressed with the hotel staff, and so thankful they made sure our stay was the best it could be. Thank you for such an amazing stay in an amazing city. I love Quebec City so much and cant wait to come back!!
