Loved this place, very big, clean, comfortable. Very friendly staff, most speak English. I wiah they had an elevator, that was my only complaint.

Great hotel with hacienda type vibe. Their customer service is phenomenal everywhere, especially in the restaurant. Their food is very good, nothing upscale but good variety, everything from chilaquiles and mariscos to burgers and hot wings. Def no need to go looking for food if you're not up for it. Beds are pretty comfortable. My one disappointment was wifi was very bad in our room, had stayed here before and wifi wasn't a problem in that room.

Have stayed here a few times. The price is decent, rooms are clean and the staff very friendly

The experience at this establishment has been beyond horrible. On my last day there I received a phone call at 5:50am from the receptionist. I was told they found firearms and drugs in my car. I did not own or rent a car while I visited Mexico. I was being extorted and Kidnapped until I paid a sum of 50 thousand. This all happened over my personal phone. I was told to show around the room to make sure nobody else was with us. I was told to send a picture of my id. I had kneel on the floor with my hands behind my head. They told me they’ll come cut my throat if I hung up or called the police. After a while someone opened the door, I hung up the phone and run out of the hotel. I am beyond traumatized with this experience. I hope nobody has to ever experience what I had to. I would highly recommend finding another place to stay while in the area.

It is an old property but well maintained, clean and good service.

The location is good and their services are provided when needed (taxi, room service,etc). The pool is closed, they have restaurants to eat onsite and you within walking distance to many places.

The ring office was nice. The room was another story. There was coffee stains on the night stand and the coffee maker was broken alone with the shower not being so clean. Also the bar of soap had a bite mark on it.

Staff made sure everyone entering the property had masked, were sanitized and had no fever. Even had to wash the bottom of shoes before entering. Security staff checked each vehicle entering the property which make us feel safer. Pool was nice and had several children and parents present. For a low budget hotel it is great. Staff is awesome.

Nice hotel the rooms are very spacious , the only bad thing at 7am they were making so much noise in front of our room it looked like they were working on something the noise woke us up. Wish they respect people sleep and should work on the building at a later time.

Pros: hotel has a cute cultural look, rooms are nicely decorated, spacious, clean, showers with nice hot running water and good pressure, AC works great, check in was quick, doorbell man was really friendly, all staff nice and attentive. Cons: Beds where EXTREMELY HARD ! . . Back ached all night. Walls are very thin, we can hear music playing from one side all night long, and the other side we can hear the restroom being used, very noisy all around. The food snacks where ok, but actual entree not that great, they had no wine list, and cocktails where more like juices with no alcohol. Cannot return to this location.
