The staff is wonderful The Wi-Fi is horrible

Even with COVID-19....our stay was great....the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable.....can’t wait to come back

This hotel has excellent location and friendly staff. Room are big and comfortable.

The only thing lacking was hot water from the taps. However, they did have hot water for the shower. The rooftop patio is outstanding.

Stayed here for 6 nights the last week of Feb for a business trip. Almost changed my reservation after reading some of the reviews but I am glad I did not. For context I stay in SF for a week or two every year for business and have stayed in many hotels in the area. Room was clean, good size, and quite. I was in room 1019 - it did not face the street so it was quite for a hotel room in the city. Bed was comfortable, air condition was great to have. Wifi was ok - not great but got the job done. Workout room was not impressive but it was enough - just wished it opened earlier than 6:30am. As others mentioned I was unable to check in until 3pm though that was not a big deal for me. I did not have a problem with the timeshare pressure many others have mentioned. Room was serviced each day. I will definately stay here again. On a side note - SF around Union Sq and Moscone continues to decline. Homelessness, begging, trash, human waste on the sidewalks, etc is out of control. Never saw any law enforcement my entire stay but was accosted almost daily as I walked through the city.

The location is perfect. Centrally located to most everywhere either walking or public transportation. The kitchenette is nice as well. We thought the bathroom was too small to negotiate two people. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either.
