Loved the property... very clean the staff es very nice and the food was delicious

My husband and I loved the cleanliness the hotel had including all COVID preventions, and the hospitality the staff had. Everything was a 5 star for us as far as rooms since other family members stayed as well as restaurants and hotel grounds. Loved it will be staying there every time.

The way the staff become your friends is unique to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. Every room needs a mini fridge ASAP. This is a feature that is definitely lacking and will eventually make people choose a different place to stay if not corrected.

El hotel está quedando muy bien. Lo malo es que la recamara principal da a la calle y se escucha todo el ruido en las noches. Las almohadas son muy chicas. El servicio en general es bueno pero los empleados tiene mala actitud. Tanto en la alberca, en las toallas y en el restaurante. La comida está muy normal. Ni buena , ni mala. Comible nada más. En mazatlán se come muy rico, la verdad súper raro que la.comida no esté buena. Sobre todo el pescado zarandeado en el Bistro, una asquerosidad, enserio es un pedazo de pescado con una cucharada de mayonesa. Es buen hotel familiar pero hasta ahí.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The restaurant had amazing food and the views were outstanding.

We stayed there for 7 nights and the hotel is being remodeled. Two nights the air conditioning stop working; the first night they put us in another room for the night and then we returned the next day to our room; two days later the same thing but since it happened at 2 am we felt the discomfort in our room. Since its by the ocean you can imagine the warmth it felt. They kindly apologize the day Before we left. The hotel is nice and the rooms have being renewed, the food is great an the restaurant that you have to pay extra “casa 46” it’s worth the price and the trip to the place. The beach is very noisy with some local band playing music and there’s always vendors and people asking for money, which it’s not very nice. The service and staff are great, and the food it’s also great, but not many choices on the premises even though you can go to the other hotel but it’s a long drive. Overall I hope when they are done with the remodeling it’s going to be a nice choice.

The locations off this property is close to everything , the hotel stuff very helpful, their restaurants were very clean , good food and again great service. We loved it, we will definitely go back to Pueblo bonito Mazatlan on our next visit!!

The hotel room was excellent. Modern and clean. The balcony view was nice, both bathrooms were well stocked everyday. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent. Happy with the all inclusive stay. The armonía spa was also excellent, downside that it was located about 20 mins away at another hotel. But well worth the taxi drive.

Great location, it was right there by ocean with beautiful sun set view, just magnificent!
