The room was nice but we had to move the couch slightly and there were tons of crumbs in the carpet. There was also a splash stain on the wall.

Noisy Night club across the street

The put us in a room by the road and there was a night club across the street that was playing loud music until 2-3 am. We could feel the bass in our room.

Stay for 4 days

Enjoyed most everything - pool, bar were very nice. Only issue is that seating in our room was minimal and not too comfortable.

Won't stay here again... lesson learned

Sadly, this was not a good experience. A previous guest had used the wall as a kleenex and apparently housekeeping never saw it. There was a chrysalis/cocoon hanging from the shower ceiling so apparently some kind of insect had "hatched" in there at some time in the past. And when making coffee in the morning, i moved the coffee maker up a little for easier access and found a coffee-maker shaped coffee spill that had never been cleaned up...meaning housekeeping doesn't move anything to clean. To top it off, there was a party next door that raged on until 3am. We got no sleep. Won't stay there again. Lesson learned - An expensive price tag doesn't guarantee quality.

2 bedroom, 2 bath units are perfect for 2 couples or a family. Bedrooms are large and spaced apart. Kitchen and sitting space was convenient. This property is within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and still offers free parking.

Disappointed

This stay was very expensive. The breakfast was not great and I even struggled to get a cup of English Breakfast Tea, when requested was simply told "everything is out already" i.e. you can have coffee, juice or fruit tea!

main tv broken..didn't fix..Hot Tub broken.. breakfast was cold and ran out of food.took forevwr to repalce hot water and coffee.. bar closed most nights .. was convenient to old Scottsdale.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during Barrett Jackson auto auction in January 2022. We entered into a dirty room: mold in shower corners, hair on floor in bathroom, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. On the second evening, we called the front desk and requested room service for the following day. Nobody came. We asked three more times and each time we were told the room would be cleaned, and they failed to do so. Sure, resources are slim. But, is it okay for a hotel to assume you'll use the same three towels and two rolls of TP for 5 nights? I don't think so. After confronting the Manager on Duty, we were informed there was nothing they can do for us as we booked through Expedia. Additionally, there are no elevators to reach the second or third floor rooms. The community hot tub jets did not work as a pump was apparently broken. We booked this hotel as we wanted to enjoy cooking in our own kitchen to help save money and eat healthy. It is unfortunate the way that Hyatt choses to run this facility. It is unfortunate that Hyatt does not empower their employees to make things right. We, unfortunately, will not be staying at this hotel again. Thank you, Hyatt, for the years of great service. I hope you find this message insightful and use it to change your operations at this facility.
