The units were very nice and spacious. The unit we stayed in looked like it had been recently remodeled. There was absolutely no sign of wear of any kind. The kitchen was better equipped than any other condo type unit we've stayed at. There was free garage parking which is a plus in places like Palm Springs where you want to keep your car out of the hot sun. The staff was very helpful.

Loved the space and the price

The air conditioning was not working good the bedrooms were really hot we weren’t allowed to put the ac below 72 and it wasn’t cool enough in the bedrooms no idea why the living room was good but the rooms were really hot it didn’t help that we were on the second floor

This is an excellent place to stay in Palm Springs. Easy Access, very clean, nice suite, nice pool, nice hot tub. Great romantic getaway. Very happy with the staff - Thank you Flor!

The grounds were clean. Staff was nice and my 2 bedroom unit was clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and I notice other reviews that stated they had problems with hot water. We didn't have that problem. Overall, I would stay there again.

I cannot recommend a hotel that does not have hot water in a reasonable period of time. The kitchen sink - had to run water for 15 minutes before it was hot. Showers - had to run water 20 minutes before they were hot. Bath sink - one never had hot water and the other after 15 minutes. This water issue made the stay very difficult. I have never stayed in a hotel with this type of problem. Such a waste of water.

Exactly what we needed for our group of 4 adults. Serviceable, corporate-style room. 2 twin beds in one room and 1 king bed in the mater bedroom. 2 bathrooms. A large living room and kitchen. Just the appliances and utensils we needed to cook basic meals. Lots of cups, mugs, plates etc. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the central air system; we got quite cold at times and no matter how much we cranked up the heat, it wouldn't warm up. We could have used a couple of more blankets (to be fair, we did not ask the front desk; we were there for such a short time so we made do). The grounds are pretty basic too, perhaps a little out of date but we did not need a luxurious resort experience. The staff was terrific. Great central location too.
