The gentleman that the desk was very polite & accommodating. The room was very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, did feel bad for the lady working the desk. She was the only one working she was doing desk work, house keeping work and cleaning. We stayed on the third floor when we got off the elevator the whole floor smelled like weed even our room. The room needs to be updated. There was some trash still under the bed and the carpet had multiple burn marks in it as if done one was just throwing cigarette butts on the floor.

The stay was ok but one of my nights I dropped something on the floor bent over to pick it up and there was a empty chips bag a used condom wrapper and a ink pen. The room was not cleaned properly. Seeing that, made me feel upset and disgusted

There was left over trash in garbage can. I mean it was full of garbage. The hotel smelled like cigars in hallway. Left over juice and water bottles in fridge. Will never stay here again. The service was great came immediately and cleaned up trash and bottles. But how was that overlooked. Never again.

When we got here, the front desk employee tried to give me a number for a price that isn't accurate to what I booked. Then, we were told there was a security deposit fee that had to be paid before we check in and we would get back 3-5 days after we left that we were not told about by Hotels.com. Our room was missing a remote, our kitchen counter had cigarette burns and looked like the counter was pulling up. All in all - not worth the money or extra fee that we had to pay and weren't told about. I have stayed at other locations of this same hotel and this is the first time I was ever told about this security fee. They normally honored the price given when I booked the room and just give us our keys. Never going to this location EVER again.

My room had smelled like a weed plant when I entered the room.

This was not our first short stay. The rooms have been declining when it comes to cleanliness. The carpets are noticibly dirty and stained but the icing on the cake was opening the door and being greeted by roaches on the kitchenette countertop. I'd pay a little extra and stay at the other hotels next door.

I love the stay in the hotel the only problem was it’s was kind of noise in the floor I was staying a lot of peoples on the hallway singing making noise. Other than that was good

This hotel is ghetto, and dingy. Looking for a place with un-flushed poop in the toilet, cigarette burned sheets, aging rooms, tub and shower with bad plumbing? This is the place for you. The staff even looked like they were over working at this facility. An overall uncomfortable stay. I ran out of there first thing in the morning.
