Half the facilities were not open or not usable unless you paid extra. This was not explained on booking. It was very quiet at night with little or ni atmosphere. The layout is confusing and nothing is easy to find. Reception explained very little

First the good points about the hotel mainly that if you have a hire car then parking is easy also access by a key card takes you onto the harbour side and there’s plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The hotel was well maintained and looked amazing we couldn’t fault the room cleaning. I would not say this is a five star hotel it might have been January but it was a rather soulless place overall. The bad points are the rooms which have paper thin walls and most of the nights we either got the loud TV on one side and shouted conversations from the other till 2am which reception didn’t act on. It made returning to the room every evening rather depressing. A five star hotel would also have decent WiFi and the best we got was worse than a 3G phone signal at best at reception and none existent in the rooms. The bar a few minutes walk away had super fast WiFi so we sent e mails from there. The price doesn’t justify the stay and in effect it’s just another standard hotel.

Location

First time staying here. Definitely will be back. Great value , best location in port. Lovely pools & breakfast. Staff very friendly & all covid guidelines followed. Will recommend.

Lovely hotel ideally located for the restaurants, marina, beaches. Friendly and helpful staff - the hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The only downside to the location is the wind but not a lot anyone can do about that!

Great hotel!!

Great hotel for couples and gathering of friends. Hotel grounds and rooms were spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Hotel is minutes away from the marina which has a great choice of restaurants, bars and a well stocked supermarket. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel.

Fabulous stay
