I booked at this hotel for the night of our honeymoon months in advances. Called 2 days before the night we were staying was told everything’s all set and ready, arrived after the wedding and they told us they had no rooms left, “sorry we overbooked” nothing they could do except refund the next day… had to go to another hotel the night of my wedding because “we overbooked” terrible not coming back.

Don't recommend staying here! Hawthorne is better

Check in was horrible. They had to use my card several times. I paid in full through hotels.com. at check in they asked for a card to hold incidentals, but they authorized my card for not only the full cost of the room but also an extra $75 incidental fee, which actually posted to my account a few days later. I had to go to the front desk 3 different times because NONE of my 3 key cards worked to unlock my room. When I called about the charge was told they charged for a pet fee because my daughter came to visit with her small dog, only stayed a couple hours, was not there long at all. If I knew they would charge for that I would've had them stay the night. My husband had surgery and she stopped to visit and I had the dog with me while she visited him in hospital. Literally in the room for a couple hours, mostly in my lap. Won't stay here again.

Worth the money

Nice clean hotel. We had a kitchenette and we were able to do our laundry for FREE.

The property is a bit dated but clean. We all got there and all had to go back to the desk to get keys that worked, our key opened another ladies door while she was in it originally. That was a big unsettling. Our t.v. didn't work and we talked to the desk but they never did anything about it, the fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off.

I’m not one to leave a bad review… however the hotel lost power a hour after our arrival. The hotel staff didn’t even communicate with us what happened. No posting stating why. We had a bachelorette party planned and couldn’t even do anything planned due to no power. The breakfast was decent, but there was no beverages besides coffee… My room smelled like deep fried food, and the bathroom floor looked like the dirt/wrappers were swept under the counter… hallway’s were dirty, and it wasn’t a great experience. I was expecting more with these “suite’s”. :(

I absolutely love this hotel line. It is great to have 2 bedrooms when traveling with another adult. This should be the standard in hotels.

If you can avoid this property do so!!!!! They do not clean!!! I understand all that understaffed problems but don’t let a guest stay in a room you didn’t clean!!!
