Easy Checkin. Received a text stating that our room was ready and how to Checkin. Everything needs updating. Tub/shower faucet leaked (was leaking before it was used). Bathroom door would not close. Cooling system did not work. Not sure why the room stayed constantly hot, even with the air conditioner running, not necessarily working. Needed to have windows open also the door needed to be open to cool things down.

The hotel is well situated to downtown ans was very comfortable for a weekend getaway

Solid hotel within walking distance to multiple attractions and restaurants. The hotel is nothing fancy but if all you want is an affordable, non dumpy place to sleep in one of the most beautiful cities in America this is the hotel for you

Property is convenient to downtown, but dated and in bad need of complete renovation. Room smells horribly like smoke from the fireplace.

Great location. Small but beautiful room. The bed was comfortable. The plumbing in bathroom makes lots of noise and the basin drains slow. The AC is a little confusing and didn’t work for us. There is also individual ski storage area.

Amazing dog friendly hotel. We will definitely return. Super clean, super convenient. Outstanding and friendly staff. Perfect Aspen accomodations.

Great location only two walking blocks away from restaurants and shops. 👍

Arriving, there was no where to park and we were told if we parked across the street, we would be ticketed. The room was very clean even if it was a bit outdated. The noise level was quite high and we had a very inconsiderate neighbor shouting from the balcony at midnight to some one down stairs. We would probably not stay here again.

Everyone was helpful and took safety precautions seriously.

Room 123 location is terrible, essentially the hot tub is in front of the window of the room. The hot tub was full constantly and you basically have people looking into your room. Coupled with people sitting on coolers drinking beer in front of our room it offered zero privacy. No parking is available at the motel, you have to drive around town and find a spot, we parked two blocks away. The hotel is probably okay in general but privacy and accessibility is poor.
