My only problem with my stay was that the TV sound was not working when I checked in. It took a bit too long to get a maintenance person to my room and then he had to call his boss. It took over 1/2 hour to fix. There was also a strange noise coming from my bathroom during the overnight hours. It sounded like a fan-very annoying!

We traveled with 2 dogs and the king bed in the studio was perfect! We had extra room around their kennels and didn’t feel like we were crammed.

Very good clean, convenient and comfortable. Hot breakfast served by attendant for COVID safety.

Ladies at the front desk weren't friendly at all. However, the maintenance guy and gal helping with breakfast were very friendly. The room wasn't cleaned very well- we found an old baby bottle under one of the beds! Room was dingy and way smaller than appeared in pictures- very crowded for "suite" with 3 beds.

Check-in was good,lady at desk very nice. 10:10 pm noise was horrible,,,called front desk 3 times and no answer,walked out door and 4 other doors opened and were wondering about the noise. I walked up to desk,and lady was sitting in breakfast room on her cell phone and didn’t hear phone. I told her about the noise and she walked to my door room with me and people were out from different rooms Waiting,,,she heard the loud noise and said due to the cold weather the pipes make noise.she did say she would call Maintenance.. Her response that it’s due to the weather, that’s probably a lie,I live in a very cold area and never heard anything like that, Next time you may want to try,,it happens because of global Warming,,lol. I hate when people don’t have an answer and just lie,,,might try Saying I just don’t know but I will let management know..... Finally Noise was gone at 1045 pm. Lady at the breakfast serving area was awesome,,,very nice lady...She has people skills,,she should be in charge.... Rust on pipes that travel by cieling by patio door in bedroom... Mold and mildew build up in corners where shower wall and Tub meets,,,needs to Be cleaned and recaulked...

It was an okay stay. My boyfriend and I needed a place for the night. I loved that they had cold brew coffee. I didn’t enjoy the parking area because there was a big group of people just hanging around pretty late at night.

The room had not been cleaned - there was dog hair on the carpet, the toilet was dirty, and the bathroom sink was dirty. I requested another room and was given that. However, the staff seemed like it was an imposition. The new room was clean but the air conditioner did not function properly.

Terrible experience...............................
