Great location near everything you can think of within a 5 min drive. They upped the price for the weekend I was there to double for a basketball tournament that was going on. Not the cleanest by far. Dirty bathroom and room in general. Great service though.

No one was at the desk to check in. Had to use s phone to call someone down. Personal beginnings of who knows who (homeless maybe) at the top of the stairs, looked like work was being done at some point, but unfinished, dirty room, cockroaches in our room. When employee was notified, he did not seem surprised. We packed up and left right away. A man we saw walking down the street with a shovel on the way to the hotel was in the doorway as we tried to leave, wouldn't get out of the way and was asking for money. Worker was standing right there and didn't say a word. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!

Room wasn't ready on time, no big deal. But there was people screaming in the halls at all hours of the night. Repeatedly.

Cheap, clean , safe and quiet. Very safe neighborhood near ANYTHING one needs.

Hall ways all taped off for painting but tape was quite old. No electrical cover on bathroom light switch. No glasses for drinking or rinsing. No coffee maker or access to coffee. ie. continental breakfast room like they had before. I've stayed here in the past 6 or 8 times but will look elsewhere in the future.

Not a good experience

The pictures do not truly represent this property. In all fairness, they are going through renovations, but it was so bad, I checked out and went to a different hotel without staying the night. While the person at the front desk was pleasant and friendly, in general, it is dark and dirty, and there is a smell that I assume is left over from when they allowed smoking. I couldn't even sit in the seats in the lobby, they were so filthy. The first room they put me in had stains on the bedspread, and I couldn't control the temperature because the "up" button was missing on the in-wall A/C unit. They moved me to a second room where I could adjust the temperature, which is good because outside air was pouring in the cracks around the air conditioner (and I'm assuming bugs were coming in the same crack). My daughter was in another room, she pulled back the covers to inspect for bed bugs and found hair, indicating that the bedding probably wasn't changed between customers. The carpeting was in desperate need of replacement, and until it can be replaced, in desperate need of steam cleaning - it was sticky in some places, crunchy in others.

Please, please don’t booking here, this is a terrible place to stay. It is dirty, old, disgusting. And the area is not safe, customer service is poor.
