I was traveling with my eighty-year-old mother and the clerk made sure that we had a room on the first floor so she didn't have to climb stairs it was very nice and above what I could have asked

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. When we were leaving our room the next morning, there was a rainbow in the sky. Beautiful beginning to a great day after a good nights rest.

The guy at desk was friendly when I checked my family in. I then took my family to our room. When we opened the door the room looked nice. We started to settle in and I then seen a roach crawling on the wall. So I went to look and there was a dead roach on the desk. So I packed my family up and went back to my truck. Then I went back to office to request a refund on the room. The guy laugh at me and said he couldn’t do it. So I asked he why he couldn’t. Then when I told him his room had roaches he laughed at me again and said I was a liar. So then I was trying to show him a picture and he told me to get off his property. I would recommend this place for nothing. He also asked for my debit card at check in. I asked why he need the card when the room had already been paid for. He tells me it’s Incase u smoke in the room and if you don’t it won’t be charged. That was a lie. He charged my card as soon as I gave it to him for another 55 dollars. Not good experience at all. Don’t stay here.

desk clerk was so rude and awful. they canceled our stay because we asked for a room that didnt smell like wet dog. it was the worst experience ever.

It was suitable to my needs. I was there for a sporting event and it fit my needs very well.
