Not handicap friendly also RUDE staff

Customer service sucked. Lady was on a personal call and got aggravated that we checked in. Tried to charge me again. 1handicap parking and she told me to park in back to come in but there was stairs then when ...I'm in a wheelchair that is why she had to have us in bottom floor. When me and the child came in she stopped us and demanded to know our room number and how many people were in the room. I booked for 2 adults 1child. She checked the computer to verify I put 2adults and not 1. She then rolled her eyes and sighed Housekeeping BANGED on door before 9 checkout at 11. Beds were HARD. AC barely worked kept it on 65 high and it was still over 75 in room all night. Shower had zero pressure. Barely trickled. Used sink instead. The bathroom was tiny. The ONLY wheelchair ramp they had is steep and cracked the parking lot isn't handicap friendly at all. Overall it was rancid and definitely not worth the 95 dollars I spent where it should have been 54 at BEST. OVERALL if u have a desire to sleep in a cool room where ur clean and in a wheelchair then don't waste your time.

I want to know why I was charged a $50.00 deposit and I was told I would get it back. Not happy I will never stay here again

"Meh" at best

We got what appeared to be a double bed instead of the queen we were promised -- maybe y'all have a different idea of what queen is than we do. The "breakfast" featured an unripe banana, and a packaged mini-muffin as long as you were there at the right time -- the muffins were gone by the time I got there at 7 a.m. and there was one banana left (they did bring more out eventually). There was only powdered creamer for the coffee in the breakfast room, and the coffee in the room was terrible. I get it that things are strained by the pandemic, but calling that any kind of breakfast is a stretch at best. The lady at the desk was OK once she came out of the back but I had to holler twice (a "ring for service" bell would have been nice). I never got a smile out of her, and I was tryin'. On the up side, checking out was easy. There are too many other choices within a mile of there, so I'm likely to try them next month instead. (I travel through there regularly).

Ok stay

Our second stay here...room was ok..AC didn't cool as it should. Coffee was horrible.

They gave me a room i could get in because they gave someone else a key to my room when i went to get my stuff then. The ac was broken and on the floor. Plus it was a double bed, i paid extra for a king bed. Then there was absolutey no shampoo or soap in my room.

Quick one night stop to sleep after traveling to see a concert in Atlanta. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Area was quiet. Good stay. I would recommend staying here.

Madison Stay

Hotel is right near I-20. Waffle House across the street. Four gas stations and the Walmart is a about 1/2 mile back toward Madison. Good place to eat, if time, Chop House in downtown Madison. Good Southern cooking
