Needs to be cleaned better and spray for bed bugs and roaches.

over all we liked the hotel. we had two problems. First it says on their website that you can check in at 6 am. This was not true. Driving all night, because it said 6 am, and were not able to check into are room until after 12ish. Second problem, the sheets on the bed did not look fresh, and had stains on the bottom sheet and the pillow case, and not much of a blanket if you are someone that gets cold easily. However, we stayed 4 nights and over all it was a safe , and comfortable place to stay.

General repairs were needed but we only slept there a few hours do did'nt really mind. The rate was fair and it was disappointing there wasn't a breakfast due to COVID. A discount or a meal voucher would have been appreciated.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and I had a peaceful stay.

Stayed the first night ( Monday the 9th) and had no towels so we decided to book a different one after that night and then we chose to give it another shot last night (Friday the 13th) woke up the morning (today Saturday the 14th) to bed bug bites and bed bugs crawling on the wall and the head board. I politely walked down to the front desk to because I immediately wanted my money back but I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because we booked the room through a 3rd party which I wasn’t really upset about so I asked if we could get another room and she said that I could if I booked another room she also didn’t believe and tried to say that they would have to wait for an exterminator to say that their is a bed bug infestation until the housekeeper came in and seen what I was talking about but the only thing that the manger on duty could do is give me a room at a flat rate of $57. The question is why would I pay for another room that’s more expensive than the one I just got.

I arrived 3 hours early from Florida. I was promptly greeted and I asked if early check in was allowed. It was and I was given my room. The room was very comfortable, one of the best beds as it was firm and had great pillows. The room was large and had all amenities needed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. Leaving early before breakfast and that might have given my review an excellent but was not able to partake. I would recommend this location as it is really convenient on/off I-10. Local area great for eating and can walk to eating spots. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property in the past and while it is clean and convenient, it needs a face lift. That said, the staff was friendly and welcomed our pets as well as they did us. That said, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
