I typically do not complain; however I feel that the initial shock of this hotel should not be a surprise for anyone. I traveled for a three night stay with my family, that included two small children. I understand this is a no frills hotel and was okay with that. We arrived late, to which the front desk was helpful; however, upon parking, it became clear that this was not just a “hotel”. Rooms are rented by the month at low costs for those who cannot afford rental apartments or cannot get them. There were several people drunk, hanging around outside in the parking lot drinking and smoking. Some appearing to be homeless. Upon making several trips to my car, I went to enter the locked gate (key code needed) to get back to the area where my hotel room was and there was a man, high as a kite, lying against the gate preventing me from getting in. The second morning we looked outside and there was a half naked man with all his clothes and laundry on the ground outside our room. The third night someone was having a party. This hotel did not feel safe. Be aware!

So many rooms, nearest exit closed, not safety . Old card key not work. A/c not work with that key,too.

Quite run down but good for a night's stay not longer. Got rooms near the streets so yeah you can hear everything outside and if people are loud enough you can hear them outside your door. There was a dead spider in my bathtub and roaches in the room. Dealt with it though I'm not that big of a complainer.

The room I was given was a corner room the was off the Main Street. It was noisy all night long sadly

Room I’m stay at, tv have closed caption but none it work. I’m deaf and when check out; they need key back so waiting for 30 minute for someone to come front- doorbell ringed and no one bother come 😠

This is an OK motel for an overnight stay. It is immediately off the exit from I-805. Shopping and plenty of restaurants are nearby.

Hotel was ok for a 1 night. Definitely not longer. Its gated n parking is on site not gated. Super Close to 805 fwy about 10-15 min from Downtown n Seaport.
