Night staff were useless and need retraining . We had 7 rooms booked and it took 1 and half hours to check us in on our wedding night , they ended up charging us for some rooms twice so then had to get refunds in the morning, our wedding was going really well until then - not happy !!

BAR STAFF OVERALL VERY GOOD. KETTLE DIDNT WORK COULD NOT EVEN GET A MORNING CUP OF COFFEE, AS AT 8AM THE HOUSEKEEPING HADNT ARRIVED AND THEY COULD NOT BE ARSED TO GET ME A SPARE ONE. AWFUL

Regularly stay here due to good service and location
