I was forced to take a smoking room after booking online. The hotel refused to move me to a nonsmoking room because I made my reservation through Expedia. The cigarette smell was awful! The noise from adjacent rooms was bad, had to ask for towels numerous times and the breakfast was not worth mentioning. I will not be staying at America’s Best Value ever again.

The staff was nice! The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. I did ask to have someone look at it but it was not fixed, it was blowing hot air but would occasionally blow cool air. The carpet was damp, I’m assuming because the ac wasn’t working. We had to use fans wet brought to connect to a stroller to cool off at night. It was Labor Day weekend so all rooms were booked up so we were unable to switch hotels or rooms.

Our stay was ok, I guess. We had a non smoking room but it still had a smoke smell. The mattress was awful, the sink leaked, and your “breakfast” consisted of waffles and cereal w/ 1 gallon of milk for the public to share. The staff was really nice though! I guess that counts.

Stay if you want a cheap place for more than worth

Employee at check in was new and was pleasant. The toilet had stains in it, carpet was stained up pretty bad, bed sqeaked each time you roll over. A/C did not cool !!! Called front desk the first night man came and said it was good, but all throughout the night every 15-30 i had to turn it back on after it kept shutting off. Had it set on 67 degrees and it was 76-78 degrees all night. The front desk lady said thats how the unit worked ! She also said that the unit was brand new and that the style did not let you run a fan all the time. Now first i know a little more about this unit than i told the lady so i took the front off and the coils was moldy and not brand new ! Also we killed three cockroaches in the bathroom over the two days stay, Will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone Sorry not sorry !!!

The entire hotel, hallways and rooms, smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Furniture and carpet were, to put it nicely, well worn.

rude staff , dirty rooms yuck

The Lady at the front desk was rude repeatedly. The bed was uncomfortable. Burn holes in sheets and blankets and furniture. Carpet was dingy . We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for service and towels. It was horrible honestly and we also paid for the first nights stay before we ever checked in but bc i was waiting on my check to post in the bank we had to ride around for a couple hours because she wouldn’t let us unpack . Worst experience in a while
