The resort is nice and clean. But the rooms are far away and unless you want to walk a lot you have to take the resort shuttle. The rooms are very average and the view was terrible. The staff was very average, not overly nice and not very warm or looking to help. Only had one waiter that was great. We were never properly greeted and weren’t shown any amenities they didn’t provide any information such as COVID test etc you had to find everything out on your own. When we asked questions we were given an attitude and when we had issues with the tours we reserved they refused to help us and kept ignoring our calls and e-mails. Finally we had 1 tour assistant that went out of his way to try to help us.

I booked their suite unit which was pretty nice. You have access to the free mini bar that they refill everyday. Room service was provided everyday as well. They are many good options from the buffet to the food truck. One thing i didn’t like when we got there and tried to book dinner reservations at the many restaurants there was none available for our entire stay. The property does offer covid test onsite. They own they have closes too early. They do have another one site that’s open later but you will pay double the cost.

We had an awesome stay. All the restaurants were very good. Specially the Indian restaurant. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Do not go to this hotel, they gave you limited reservations to a good restaurants, we book 6 days and they never have reservations available for a decent dinner, plus drinks are horrible they never have a good tequila (especially on the pool bar)

We loved staying here. We were looking for a property that was out of the way of the crowds and we found it. The food was good. The staff was exceptional. Always helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back and take family and friends.

The property was beautiful. The property was too large. I had to take a shuttle to reach everything.The birds, raccoon, and some other four-legged animal with long brown tail invaded the Food truck and Yucatan restaurant.

Excellent staff, especially entertainment crew (Eduardo and Greta and the team) and the restaurant staff! Great shows and post-show fun. Second trip but not necessarily the last!
