A bit ragged

This should not be above an 8 rating. It is more like a 6. The staff was friendly but the room was quite ragged. The cushions were ripped, the carpet was ragged, and the sheets were not crisp.

Buffalo airport sleep iinn was great

The guy at the desk was very friendly and wished me a good stay. The room was very clean. They had a great breakfast. It was easy to find next to the airport. It was close to the highway and places to eat. I loved that they had places to recycle by the door. They have a comfortable bed and a shower massage head. I felt great at this hotel and woul recommend it. I also would love to stay here again. The man at the desk said see you again.

Pleasant and good value

For an economy airport hotel, this is good quality and excellent value -- nice and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, very decent breakfast and pleasant breakfast room. I really enjoyed my stay and will use this hotel again in the future. But couldn't connect to wifi.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn & Suite Airport in Buffalo. The service was nice, breakfast was free with a variety of choices and the room was very clean. The kids were able to connect wi-fi fast. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

Simply the best

Great service by front desk man when my group of 47 people was checked in in 10 min. Unbelievable!!’nn. Thank you!!!! Very good breakfast!!! Thank you!!!

A bit disappointed

I was a bit disappointed with this visit. I booked a room with a king bed. The shower leaked, the furniture was chipped or broken. The sliding door to the bathroom was missing paint. There was a large family reunion there where they did arts and crafts in the breakfast dining area. It was loud. I've booked jacuzzi suites before with no problem, this is why I was disappointed. On the bright side, the staff was excellent as usual and the breakfast was terrific. Time for a paint job and new furniture.

Nice location

It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for the night. The shuttles are in 24 seven and the front desk which I presume to be the owners are very helpful. I would recommend this for an airport layover type of stay

Ready for a good cleaning and upgrade.

The staff was real nice and everyone was friendly and helpful however the hotel is in real need of a good overall cleaning and a lot of basic upkeep repairs.
