It's a nice hotel with amazing service, an awesome rooftop bar in a good location. We stayed in a king size room on the 5th floor. The room was fairly large which we really enjoyed. The interior is very stylish. On the downside the bathroom is really small and wasn't very clean. There was dirt in the corners and the glass doors weren't properly cleaned. Nothing they couldn't fix with a deep cleaning of the room. The bed was really soft which is a dealbreaker for me personally. Also, the lobby is under construction right now and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website - bummer! But they tried to make up for it by serving a complimentary continental breakfast. Check before you book!

Common area under construction so several of the amenities were unavailable including roof deck and restaurant. Overall great location and quality rooms.

Really nice big rooms and great location. Restaurant was under renovation which was a shame.

They were doing a lot of construction in the lobby that is not advertised. Also, didn’t realize I’d have to share the elevator with the people waiting in line to get to the rooftop bar. Sometimes quite a long wait just to get to me room.

The plus side: The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. We had one meal at the onsite restaurant and the service and the quality of food was very good. The minus side: We were not given enough wash cloths (only one). The room was not cleaned one of the days of our stay. There was only a shower, no tub. There was no way to really have privacy (a sliding door to the shower/toilet small room) that didn't really even close all the way (very open cracks on either side). The divider between the sink area and the bedroom area was not a solid wall, but a metal "wall" with holes throughout. We had a grungy alleyway outside of our room with three nights of booming loud music late into the night from the venues directly across the alleyway from us. The valet service (the only place to park overnight) with its extra fee was hit or miss as far as quality and timelines of service. I really was surprised this was a four star hotel. I also did not feel safe in the area in general.
