The property was ok for the price, communication with front desk was a little difficult when I began explaining and issuse I was having with the lock on the door. Other than that the stay was ok.

The front desk staff lured me into a new room and then stole some personal items from my original room because they realized that I was drinking in my room (it is not uncommon for people to do more than that in a hotel room). The woman at the front desk came to my room and told me to come to the front desk to make a payment on my room. I fully expected to return to the same room after making the payment. Instead she gave me a room number that did not exist in the location where she said it should be. After walking back and forth several times, she finally put me In a room across from the office. I still had a waist pack in the closet of the original room which should have been either returned to me in the new room or left at the office where a simple phone call letting me know to pick it up would suffice. This was not the case as it is obvious to me that they could not wait to get me out of the room hoping to loot any items left behind.

Terrible stay. My toilet over flowed and I was told to wait until the next morning to get it fixed. I slept with feces and urine on the floor. When I presented the issue the next morning to the GM he then told me “I’m so sick of the complaints, maybe you should take your money and go somewhere else”. Again this was the GM Mr. Saleem

It was horrible no iron or phone in the Room.... The microwave and refrigerator us which wasn't working were both sitting on the floor... the bathroom was somewhat dirty.....in the bathtub water kept stopping up and in the sink too....it was the worse I wouldn't stay there again

Reasonably price hotel.. However one of the beds was broken and the electric socket was showing.

I’ve stayed at better hotels for less. All of the lighting didn’t work properly

I’m pretty lenient and forgiving. I don’t need a fancy place but I do expect some cleaning for the safety of everyone. This place should be ashamed of themselves. We booked a nonsmoking room but had to take a smoking room. I understand there will be a smell of cigarettes in a smoking room but this was beyond ridiculous. I woke up at 3:00 in the morning with burning eyes and a sore throat. I went and slept in my car. The floors are deteriorating badly (see my pictures) and sticky. The loveseat couch was stained, sticky, and overall disgusting looking. There was no smoke detector, which I believe is illegal. See my picture of missing smoke detector and the wires. The sink area had one bar of soap. It was obviously already used by another guest and it appeared to be stuck to the sink. The sink area was not cleaned. The bathtub had mold/mildew. The toilet seat was busted. And I will spare you a picture of dirty underwear I found on the bathroom floor. I couldn’t believe finding dirty underwear on the floor. That couldn’t possibly have been missed by the cleaning staff. This place should shut down immediately as it is probably going to make people sick. Please avoid this place. There are other options and well worth paying a little bit more for.

My stay was ok. The outside looked a little bit sketchy but once you go into your room it was ok. Maybe it’s time to renovate so that flickering light fixtures and outside ac/heat units don’t have broken parts off of it..

Disgusting is not the word. I asked for a different room as the one they gave had crap in the tub, a bug crawling on the floor and man hair shavings clogged in the sink with a big clear trash bag right out front with raw chicken in it covered with flies and maggots! The new room wasn’t better. It looked like there was vomit on the floor and wall, a luggy spit on the wall, crappy ass mattresses you see in dumpsters no hangers just dirty dirty dirty! I stayed one night out of the three I paid for and bought cleaning supplies and bug spray so that I could feel a little comfortable and used a blanket and little neck pillow I was lucky to have in my truck because I was not getting under those sheets! I never write reviews but this place was so bad I had to. Nice lady at the front desk though.
