This was THE BEST location we could have asked for. Not only was the view from our suite amazing, but we were right in the heart of Mission Bay. The suite itself was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and peaceful place

Our suite was immaculate and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the balcony with the view of the splashing seals was a treat. The staff was very helpful and accommodating including the front desk personnel, the concierge, the driver, the housekeeping staff and the maintenance men. We were very impressed with their attention to details, adherence to COVID guidelines and their incredible kindness. We highly recommend!

Much closer to Mission Beach than other resorts in Mission Bay which makes it more walkable, but the drawback is the MB noise for the main building near W. Mission Beach Blvd, which is a popular cruise for motorcycles, muscle cars, and street racing. If you want peace and quiet, be sure stay in one of the bungalows that are set back from the street.

It was nice and peaceful. There was not a lot going on due to Covid but felt safe and they took good precautions.

Great location, with outdated decor.

Upon arrival, the hotels front desk was amazing, and was able to help us out in a quick manner. The bathroom in the lobby was really clean and easy to use (As I have a disability). When arriving to the parking for our hotel room, there was only one parking space in the area, and parking was always filled up to what seemed like capacity. The hotel room upon entering was beautiful, but when trying to open the balcony door, one door was very tough to open (which my walker was not able to fit). The chairs on the outside are hard to use as well as they are lounge chairs for the pool that seemed to be thrown on the patio. The carpeting as well was not that friendly and took the prettiness away when you walked out to enjoy the view. All in all this resort for the suite was very nice, but needs a huge clean up still with the shower drain (clogging) and the patio door, and the carpeting and seating area outside (needs chairs and maybe a table to eat meals and enjoy the view that we pay good amount of money for.)

Aaron and Oscar were amazing so helpful and nice took care of us the entire time we were there.
