This resort has very beautiful grounds. The staff were constantly cleaning to keep it looking nice. The beach was very clean too. The only bad thing is that people were smoking everywhere. It would be nice if there were designated areas for smokers. It isn’t as enjoyable to be relaxing by the pool and having the person next to you blowing smoke in your direction or at children as they are playing.

No pools open in evening.

Pools close at 7pm everyday. And at 6:30 no pool towels were available for use to use. But nice resort for families.

Not a family resort

The service by restaurant staff and housekeeping was great. They all made us feel welcomed and cared for. That’s the good part. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was good. The rest was not pleasant. The hotel was so noisy every minute of the day and night. I was travelling alone with my daughter and three of our 7 nights I felt unsafe. I talked to the front desk on several occasions and was assured it would stop. It did not. My daughter and I were kept up until 3am on several occasions and when I did phone down to complain I then had the neighbours banging on my door and trying to get in. My daughter was in tears several times. I booked this hotel because it said it was a family resort. They should remove family from the name. It was full of screaming, drunken twenty somethings with no regard for others around them. I will never stay there again. Not because of the staff or service but because I felt completely unsafe even in my own room.

The staff and service was top notch. I can't speak highly enough of the people. The food had good variety and was of excellent quality. Great for families and a no brainer for a quick week of sun and beach. The beach was fantastic and great for swimming. No rocks in the water, just sand. Our family of four had a lovely time!

Food was not the best except at a couple of dining restaurants. On the buffet area noticed cooks manupulating the food with their bare hands (i.e putting their finger to later lick to taste for saltness, etc) which is not sanitary. The bathrooms on public areas are not in the best condition and not clean.

Mini bar was not serviced/restocked during my entire stay Room was not cleaned properly as I was left with shoes from previous guest 3 days after I checked in Never received Covid test results Front desk arranged taxi service that dropped us off at wrong location

Busy all inclusive loud atmosphere. The staff are very hard working and accommodating. The food is plenty and it is okay.
