Check-in was prompt & took less than five minutes. However, we did experience a hiccup, our assigned room wasnt ready. It was corrected promptly with an apology. Thank you!

Okay place

Friendly staff, easy check in. Wash clothes were stained tremendouly. We ran out to target to grab our own. Pool was open, we were excited for that however it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while so we passed.

What’s that smell

The first room we were given smelled awful. When went back to the front desk and found out the issue was known to affect multiple rooms.We were told they were full for the night and had no other rooms. When we asked for a refund, we were given a room on another floor. These rooms should not be in use until the issue is resolved.

Ac unit

All was good with our stay with the one exception being the cleanliness of our room. The floor was not vacuumed prior to our stay. It looked like someone had eaten a loaf of bread, while doing their hair beside the bed. There were crumbs, hair pins and hair all over the carpet. We got in late at night and didn't notice until we awoke the next morning. Staff was super friendly and the building and room was very nice otherwise.

Everything was very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly etc. The only con was the pool. It was dirty and had did not smell like it was cleane

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Rooms are a nice size! However, it was noisy during the night with neighbors yelling and stomping around. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.
