Reasonably priced outdated property.

It is an outdated property with very limited kitchen utensils, they were dirty too. Filter water & Coffee (k-cup) was available 24/7 which was plus. This property will undergo a major renovations and brand name change next month (As per front desk clerk). Overall reasonable priced hotel with just for overnight sleep. Also it was 10-15 min walk to all major shopping and Waikiki beach area which not bad. Employees were all nice and friendly.

Old building but clean and cheap

The price for 6 nights was about $600 cheaper than all my other searches. So I would say we got what we paid for. Decent location near the beach and an ABC next door was very convenient for food and drinks. Pretty old, run down building but clean room and pool. The small kitchenette was convenient so we weren’t eating out everyday. Overall, I’ve stayed in worse but for what we paid It was decent.

Okay but could do a lot better

The room had ample space for my family - we had two rooms for total of 7 of us. The rooms and furniture are pretty dated. The coffee table was rickety and one of the chairs had a rip in the upholstery which isn't very sanitary. The room itself because it's so dated gave us the impression that it was not very clean as there was a mildew/mold smell to the rooms. The Keurig machine took a long time to make a cup of coffee. By day 2, another machine got placed and it was much faster but by the next day, it was already out of order. Having a coffee machine in each room would have been beneficial. The pictures online are deceiving as we were excited about having a coffee/cafe place right around the corner only to be disappointed to find out it had been closed down. That should be included on the hotel's website or that picture be taken down. There were not even chairs available on the deck to use to enjoy the view...just a table. The shower head place so close to the wall made it challenging to shower without having to take the head off...pretty inconvenient for taller folks. The pool area was probably the only plus about being there.

Floor was dirty. The whole room needs updating. Shower knob was broken;?it kept falling off. There was not enough hot water for shower. The room had a weird stench

This property is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki. Transportation, food, entertainment, beach is just a hop away. Great place to consider when visiting the city.
