Room really needs an update. Baseboards loose in bathroom and bedroom of suite. No utensils or plates or glasses with the kitchenette.

The staff were terrific- everyone we dealt with. I thought the breakfast choices were good and plentiful. The room itself was just okay. There were spiderwebs and fingerprints - I wiped down everything I could with clorox wipes. The frig., microwave and coffee pot all were in great condition. The bathroom was not great- mostly the shower. It was handicapped accessible, which is fine, but the water did not go down drain in middle of room, it pooled next to shower and made the tiles abutting the shower "spongy". Lastly, it was loud. I could hear every word the people in the next room were saying. People in hallway were loud, despite being feet from front desk, who I thought would ask the guests to quiet down at a certain hour.

Moan and smoke show.

Woman at the front desk was quite nice. Check in was smooth. Then we got into the room. The first thing that was brought to our attention was the room smelled like a smoldering ashtray. After we brought it to the front desk’s attention we where given a spray to cover the smell up. Supposedly they sent someone to check the offending room. We went to dinner and came back. It still smelled and now we where met by heavy moaning through the paper thin walls. Very rhythmic way to fall asleep.( sense the sarcasm?) my 12 year old daughter had an athletic event very early the next morning. Needless to say the quality of sleep was poor. The room itself was due for a renovation or at least a coat of paint. All of the wallpaper was slowly pealing off the walls. The sink drain was very slow. We would have changed rooms, but they where booked. In summary if you aren’t bothered by these things it was a well located hotel at a fair price in Burlington.

They were kind enough to move me to a quiet room after the neighbors were loud. Unfortunately, neither room thermostat was working. I want to the new room, was ok but again too hot and the smell was too much, I think they emptied a can of Febreeze in there..the room was a little weathered. Could use some touchups. The stuff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, not a great night. Will definitely opt for a different hotel chain next time.

Not great

This hotel is tired, cleanliness was just ok, shower was luke warm. Front desk staff was nice.

Finding leftovers from past customers in the bathroom was a very displeasing. The piss stained sheets and hair left over hair in the bed topped the list.
