Was not thrilled with our stay what so ever. First no amenities we’re available. Pool closed, gym closed, short staffed. The hall way on the floor we stayed on was like a sauna. Our room was like a sauna had to change rooms multiple times because the ac didn’t work properly.

Terrible

One of the worst hotels I have ever been. They have never cleaned underneath the bedroom. They advertise breakfast that consist a 2 mini cereal bars and a mini orange juice. Hotels like that should not be on a prestigious website such as Hotels.com

Nightmare

No pool like old and not used for years. No gym. Had to stay up till 10:45 to get cleaned towels because they were in the washer. No ice machine at all!!! I asked for shampoo after water park trip. They had no shampoo at all in the building. The breakfast to go was bruised cold bananas with warm yogurt smashed Aldi muffins all crammed is a paper bag for all 5 of us. The phone didn’t work ( against federal law) loud party adults in the hall till 2 am

Bad experience

The pool and the fitness center were closed. The check-in was too long, considering that I had all the information on file I don't know why it took so long. The bed sheets were not clean, the refrigerator was not working. They had me wait for the tech to fix the refrigerator instead of just changing my room. Barely slept at night because of loud noise and people smoking etc...

Never Again!!!

This is by far the nastiest place that I’ve ever stayed at. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!! We checked out a day early!!! We were DISGUSTED!! The mattress felt like a box spring, there was noise in the halls ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!

AWFUL!!!. Wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

Room 1. Blood on sheets. Moved to room 2. Door wouldnt lock. Packed up again moved to room 3 where the toilet wouldn't flush. Treated by the staff very rude, like we were just supposed to deal with it. Was told very firmly that this is the LAST time the will be moving us. Hotel is NOTHING like the pictures.

I stayed at the same location 4 yars ago it was much better my recent visit was a disaster i was disgusted the entire 2nd floor smelled of Marijuana,room service sucked i had to go retrieve my own linen,and whatmotel doesn't have creamer for coffee,my bathroom sink was leaking and shower was leaking i had a garbage can outside my window and how disgusting that is yo open the curtain and see garbage flowing over,theres no seating outside to relax outdoors the parking lot had garbage all around,i honestly didn't feel safe during my visit couples fighting late at night not sure how this place even makes business that was my last visit i feel i was over charged staying there
