Stayed in this hotel for 5 days all inclusive during covid times, covid precautions are good, at the start everything was fine, but after being there we had to reserve to each morning to eat dinner in the evening and you can only reserve in the morning from 9-11am for that day, it got annoying with the long lines, we ended up eating out most of the time food got borring. Service is great though but The beer is watered down we always had to go out to buy good Pacifico beer. Had a bad experience in the beach i got live music for my family in front of the hotel, and i didnt know the owner doesnt like live music, he likes it being quiet for his clients, not knowing it was me thay was staying in his hotel, police showed me text that it was the owner that called him. Will not ever stay in this hotel again.

Unclean

Over crowded. Noisy. Terrible tasteless food Sleeveless shirts not allowed in dining areas on MEN ONLY. Ok for women. Was told “because men don’t shave underarms” by manager!!!!!

Well was passable, the food over heat like left overs , poor service at buffet restaurants, rooms needs better cleaning, no safety signs at poor area the floors very slepeepery also very dark at hallways and stairs I sow people falling

The staff was amazing. Always helping you in what ever you need. The pools are great. The only thing they need to improve is the food on the buffet.

The hotel is fine, and staff was fine. However if you are going there to relax on the beach you could forget it. The Banda music is NON STOP. My ears were bleeding with 24/7 Banda music. They come within 1 foot of you with tubas, horns of all sorts and most annoying the drums. Really sucks and wish something could be done about it. Really ruins the whole beach experience.

Overall a nice place with good service but if you don't have kids don't stay here. 9 pools and all of them full of kids even the adult only pool with a swim up bar was full of kids it was impossible for my wife and I to find a pool to relax in! The beach area was nice but here again it was packed with kids! The food at the buffet was ok don't eat at casa Roberto it was terrible!! Our room was very nice with a great view all in all 2 stars!

Great location, best beach in Mazatlan, concierge service was excellent (thank you Shane!). Good food and service.

The property was Beautiful and Clean. The hotel location has the best beach in Mazatlan! Staff was very nice and we had a great time.

The staff was kind and they made me feel very safe. I will go back
