Food was average. Buffett didn't have enough staff. Room had a moldy smell upon arrival.

I didn’t like anything. Horrible experience will never go back

This is a wonderful resort with great amenities and a fantastic atmosphere!

Rodriguez, Oscar and other team members tried to do everything, nice effort, we were very pleased

Very beautiful hotel, great cleanliness and lots of activities. It was perfect for a few nights of relaxing. However staff could be more informative for example as its a 5star hotel they should know what they are serving and be able to tell you. I should be able to get an ice bucket for our champayne without having to ask 5 times and being told no only to finally recieve one. But overall it was very nice and we had a lovely few days away .

We loved the bartender Oli. He was great !!! Food was ok. Sports bar is closed due to Covid Water by the resort was not the best. Staff was awesome . They are all super nice 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen.

This resort was very good. We were pleased with our room. The beach is the absolute best part. Food was good but not all restaurants were open. I give it a 9/10 because I had an amazing time here. The bar staff is amazing. I would definitely recommend this resort.

I loved the beach that was there in the property. The water was so nice and clear. Plenty of beach chairs to sit on. Taking into consideration that a hurricane hit 3 days before our arrival, things were great... the property has lots of fallen trees and buildings that needed to be repaired but I am not complaining. We understand natural disasters happen... Pool was great and the staff was soooo nice. Everyone was really friendly. Only thing that was kind of a bummer was the food situation. I’m guessing the hurricane messed up the main restaurant by the pool so they just had a cheeseburger, hot dog and nacho bar open. Very small and didn’t change it up. And only 2 restaurants open at night and it was hard to know the menu or which were available because they have no event boards available. The activities were very laid back. Karaoke and bingo most of the nights. Only 1 night they had a beach party. Overall, I would go back I’m sure it’ll be open and better service once they do the repairs and get used to working under these conditions
