Overall good

Huge two bedrooms unit with a pool in front of the room.

Loved how big the condo was it was perfect for our family...only junk part was the pools were closed down do to the Corona virus which is totally understandable...but besides that i would have to say this will he our go to spot when we staycation again

it is a great place to stay.

The property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Close to everything but not in the business of everything. We had a wonderful time there. Mahalo!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mauna Loa Village. The rooms are spacious (1 bedroom) and very comfortable. We stayed relatively close to our room and used the pool closest to our unit, but there are small pools near each cluster of units. The only complaint is that each of the pools are small, but were still lovely clean and adequate for us. The Wifi is free but a little spotty. The staff was very friendly and they had some pool toys for us to use during our stay so that was nice. The location of the property is a little far from Kona so you need to have a car to get around. We would recommend this property! Aloha

It was convenient for the tennis tournament that was held at Holua. Parking was too far from the condo and the walk was a distance to the courts. Should have had the use of a cart.

Always a pleasure the only place we stay for a stay cation

The rooms were big, but the kitchen extremely small. Only 1 bedroom has a tv which was disappointing and the ac unit in the living room looks like it needs a wipe down. I found blood on the comforter, when I went to the desk, the supervisor turned up her nose at me. I proceeded to show pics. The toilets don’t flush very well and no road to u load your groceries and luggage is disappointing. The manager has horrible communication skills. I called to get someone to look at our tv and sat here for an hour, called back and she was more worried about what credit card to put the remainder of the stay onto. I asked about the tv, she said our maintenance guy has other jobs, I politely asked her to just communicate that next time so we aren’t waiting.
