The gym was horrible, old poorly maintained machines a handful of weights and water in a vending machine that they charge 2 € for!

Don't know why so many negative opinions but in our case everything was in high level including free airport shuttle transfer

Lower your expectation and you’ll be fine. Serves a purpose but that’s about it. Would opt paying €50 more and staying at airport hotel (Sheraton). Closer by and looks nicer.

Great location to airport after missing our flight.

The price was right but the property is still 15 mins from the airport. The shuttle has a fixed schedule, not on demand so it didn't work for us. The hall reeked of dirty diapers and our room #108 started to smell like sewer gas around 2 AM, not from the bathroom but from the A/C vent. The bathroom mirror lights didn't work. The shower drain was very slow so it overflowed after just 5 minutes. The two pillows were micro-thin, literally an inch thick or less once you put your head on them. The A/C was locked at 25 deg C (77 F) too hot for me. So I used the hair dryer to heat the thermostat and make it think it was 100. Then the A/C kicked on. Only shampoo w/ conditioner combo, no plain gel soap. Lots of painting and wall repair needed in our room. Staff was very friendly but everything else was poorly managed. Spend a little more and stay at a hotel on the airport property if you want to save time. The management of this hotel needs to increase their budget for the basic minimum. If they already have the money they need then they should quit out of shame.

The fact that you need to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, or else you get charged, is ridiculous. And it is NOT stated in the hotel overview that you will be charged if not booked in advance. Overview says FREE airport shuttle. That’s it. It’s an airport hotel, the shuttle should be free no matter what time you book it.

Good choice for airport access. Not too long a walk to the village of Somma Lombardo for dinner. A little rough around the edges but clean and comfy enough for one night. Included breakfast is varied but basic. Order your coffee from the waitress, much better than the self-serve machine!

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom also very was clean with lots of towels. Nice breakfast too so great value for money. Would recommend a stay there.

Safe was direct as I arrived. Ask to fix it and they did but next day I couldn’t open it so I had to wait for someone with keys to open and let me have my passport. Also - shuttle from the hotel is very good nut TO the hotel is a big problem.
