Clean, Spacious and Beautiful

Last minute booking after flight was canceled. Very hospitable staff, clean room and beautiful lobby. Wish I had more time to enjoy it!

Strobe light bedroom

I was very annoyed with what was either a fire detector or smoke detector in the bedroom that had a strobe light flashing. It flashed every 20 seconds all night long and kept me awake. it was extremely aggravating. I couldn’t sleep. I’m a light sleeper as it is and a strobe going off all night was ridiculous. Buy a better smoke detector!!!!

Disappointing airport hotel.

The room was disappointing. Heat was hard to regulate. No luggage stand. Had to ask 3 times to get one. Shower door would not open. No hooks to hang clothing in bathroom. No waste basket in main room. Bed uncomfortable; mattress needs replacing. Bathroom door very heavy to push. Only 2 washcloths. For a luxery hotel, amenties are very scarce.

An almost all good review

This was a welcome respite on our way back from the Azores. We arrived late gvening, had an excellent glass of wine and mussels in the bar and enjoyed the gret serfbvice there. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfst lovely. my only concern was the plastic silverware and styrofoam and plastic cup-s at brekfast. In this day and age it would nbe better if you used reusable materials.

Lovely stay

Great size room and very clean — breakfast was delicious too! There’s a free shuttle from the hotel to/from the airport. You just have to call and ask for it. I had great luck with timing of the van.

Decent hotel close to Logan Interational

Decent room, on the smaller size but adequate. Room had a $7 bottle of water in it, which I hate- if I am already paying nearly $200 for the a basic room, I should get a bottle of water at no charge. Comfy bed. Offers 24 hour airport shuttle which was perfect since I had an early morning flight. There is a Starbucks counter in the lobby but there was no one working when I stopped by. The hotel offers a reception every evening though I did not attend as I was too tired. Convenient to the airport and comfy bed were the best features.

Great trip in Boston

Very good location. 15 min by metro to the harbor. Parking valet really expensive.
