Love location and the pretty, neat and modern rooms. Beds needs more comfortable pillows (feather pillows much too soft and mushy) also a extra throw or blanket for warmth would be nice. Also need to improve on the low water pressure for shower. Those little things can make all the difference for guests.

I generally love the Kimpton properties but this one needs a bit more attention to detail. My shower head was busted and their was a slight smell to the room. There was visible dirt and grime on the walls and in the bathroom.

I did not see issue with the property and quality of the property or the service offered by the hotel. There was an issue with levying mandatory fee over and above room tariff. If it is mandatory then include it in the price. It should be included at the time of booking and not separately at the property. You might have accounting and taxation challenge then there is technology and business accounting solutions instead of confusing the customers and make them do unnecessary mathematics. Your customers are traveling and have hundred things on their mind so make their life easy instead of complicating it with your anti-competitive tactics. Make customers happy and do not trick them with your gimmicks. They will reward you.

Very clean hotel and room for a great price. I would recommend this hotel when in the Boston/Cambridge area.
