Never ever again!!

Where do I begin? We arrive and the front desk gal was very nice! Got to our room and it was decent! We then go to our function we had going on! At 10:30 we get back and 4 of our other friends that were staying at the same place joined to our room to visit! Not even 20min later room phone rings! Lady asks to be quiet as there was a complaint from below! So we shut the tv off and sat and visited quietly! Then there is a knock at the door! The front desk gal came and a angrily told us this was our second warning and we are kicked out! We weren’t loud I promise you that! Then next morning kids wanted to swim! No towels available in pool area! The pool area felt like a dungeon and was dirty! A towel that front desk gave us had blood on it! Another one looked as it had vomit on it! I have never felt more ripped off with staying some where! Sad you can’t even visit in your own room without getting threatened to be kicked out! Entire upstairs smelled of smoke and most of the rooms were non smoking! I would sleep in my vehicle before staying here again!

Happy family

Parking lot lights

The parking lot lights lit up the room like it was mid day! I would suggest having curtains that completely cover the windows instead of non moveable curtains that only cover about 12 inches of the outside of the window.

Dirty

The room was dirty, the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The walls had been damaged and poorly fixed. The bathroom had tile falling off.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hallway carpeting was in bad shape. No breakfast was served because of COVID, so there was a bag ‘breakfast’ which consisted of a bottle of water and a ‘pastry,’ which was like a small PopTart. Pretty pathetic! It was an okay place to stay, but most of the Super 8’s we’ve stayed at were better.

Never again

We had 3 rooms reserved for 2 nights each. One room checked in earlier than the other 2 rooms. We were told that the reservation was for 1 night only but I was charged for 2 nights(it was a non refundable room). The other 2 rooms got there later and spoke with front desk. They stated that the reservation that was only for 1 day they did find that it was broken up into 2 different reservations and so I would have to check out my room in the morning and then check back in and they would try to find a room comparable because they did not have a room with 2 queens. Room 2 they charged our debit card and credit card. Room number 3 they gave the keys but it was to someone else's room that was already in their room and the room was 1 king when the reservation was for 2 queens. I went back to the front desk and they gave me the keys for a different room. Go up to that room and the keys don't work. So I go back downstairs and they try to fix the keys. Finally get in the room. Then next day they are no longer offering breakfast but the guy the night before said it was being served. Their breakfast was a pastry crisp and a bottle of water. WE go to Adventureland and come back and their pool is now closed. Get back to the room and the keys to 2 of the rooms dont work anymore and housekeeping never came even though I said I wanted them to. This was a family trip for a child's birthday and we have 8 kids. This trip has been nothing but disappointing.
