Wonderful stay with the family. Perfect location with pools, restaurants and of course the beach. A new favorite spot for us!! We went to 4-5 different beaches and Napili bay was definitely our favorite!! Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Napili Shores very much! It was quiet and convenient. Perfect location to walk to the beach, and the pools were clean and open!! Grounds we immaculate and the views are amazing. We were even provided a room upgrade at no cost upon check in - which was awesome because it ended up being an ocean view. Yay!! Also access to The Gazebo restaurant was so nice - the food is incredible and fast for pick up (we avoided the super long lines - no regrets!). Only a couple of things that could be improved: Replace the pull out sofa bed - it is ancient, uncomfortable, and feels like it is going to collapse at any moment! Update the shower head - it's cruddy and doesn't work very well. Improve wifi - we could not connect to it the entire time we were there and had to rely on data plans! Which, was a blessing and a curse ;) All in all, we would stay here again - the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot!!!

Only One day but the beach was nice in the skin diving was nice unfortunately everyone uses Covid as an excuse to close their pool and all their amenities.... but I guess I can blame the government for their tax breaks and rules... very sad..... they should be giving discounts for the things they’re not providing

It was fine. Just didn’t have blankets for the fold out beds. Otherwise we were satisfied

The front desk never asked if needed anything. I had to take out my own trash and waited for clean towels etc as they ran out. Hours were not too great as I had to wait to even get the things I needed. Spent much of time at my parents place down road

We had an issue with our AC unit making a loud noise, it kept all of us up the first night. I told the front desk the next morning but the issue was never resolved and no one got in touch to follow up. We weren't able to use it the rest of the time. One of the fans was broken and three lights didn't work. Other than that the staff were very friendly and the grounds are well taken care of.

The grounds were nice. Our bed was hard and the ceiling fans didn't work well. It was ok for a weekend.

We had the best staycation at Napili Shores. This has been the second time we’ve stayed there and enjoyed every bit of our time.
