Great views from Alhambra, Granada and Mountains

The hotel is perfect located across the majestic Alhambra and this was amazing . Also the views of the city and mountains are fantastic . The service of the hotel is wonderful!!! Very satisfied and I recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for Al Hambra and Manuel de Falla concert hall Efficient friendly and obliging staff. God rooms comfy beds and good shower. Walking distance to city centre.

stayed here couple of nights. very close to the main attraction of Alhambra. 10 min walk to Alcazaba. parking available, basically you just use Alhambra's parking lot. I just kept my car there, obviously you have to pay but very close to the hotel so convenience over price. But this place is little farther than Albaicin neighborhood and the city center and all other restaurants etc. so you decision is basically do you want to stay near Alhambra (then this is a great place) or you want to stay near bars, restaurants or beautiful albaicin neighborhood (then don't stay here). But my stay was very comfortable. great service great staff. bar and restaurant dowstairs was good. good space to hang out in the evening with beer or wine or ordreing coffee pizza etc. it served the purpose. overall happy with the location and services.

Great hotel

Really nice hotel, perfect for a weekend visit to Granada. The room was large and clean with a good bathroom. Beds were comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame. 15 minute walk downhill to the city center or frequent buses available from outside the Alhambra which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this beautiful city.

Unique about this location is the proximity to Alhambra (walking distance). If your stay is purely focused on visiting Alhambra, this hotel with own outdoor swimmingpool is perfect for one night. For dinner you better chose the Jardines Alberto or La Mimbre. Staff is very helpful but check in procedures can be slow with one person at the desk. The only thing I would expect in the room is a bottle of water as tap water is not really drinkable (chlorine).

Nice Place but Hard Pillows

Great location for visiting the Alhambra. Good room but I hardly got any sleep that night because the pillow was so hard. (I hope I'm remembering the correct hotel, but I'm pretty sure this is correct. If not, I apologize to the hotel.)

Perfect situation for the Alhambra. Good service comfortable rooms good shower etc. Thoroughly recommended. A shame that covid has caused the closure of the roof top terrace restaurant bar but it’s not forever. Stayed here many times and always very happy

Leaves something to be desired.

The room was nice, the location beautiful and the service friendly. The pillows were very big and hard, and there were no smaller ones available when we asked in the reception. They did say there were more pillows available in the closet in our room. When we got the spare pillows out of the closet, the pillow cases turned out to both have several long, black hairs on them, i.e. they were not cleaned after the last user. In times of covid, this seems even more of a faux-pas than usual. The breakfast buffet was ok, aside from the bacon and eggs. The scrambled eggs were dry, and the bacon was chewy and overly greasy on both mornings we ate there.
