The hotel itself is very nice with a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. However, we were unsuccessful at checking in early (2pm) d/t no rooms ready. When it was check in time at 4pm, there were several families/ groups waiting to check in and the hotel had no rooms ready for check in. We were able to get our room by 4:25, but were on a tight schedule to get to a wedding and having to wait for a room after the designated check in time was very frustrating.

It was a disappointing because there was no shower gel in the bathroom, no exhaust in the bathroom, smelly room. When I went to check out they charged me for parking in there lot which never happened in the past but I argued on that parking issue they refunded the money. But overall it was not so good to stay in this hotel.

Needs attention

No one available to check us in. People waiting up to 40 minutes. No manger available and no one Toruń the front desk. The property was not secure. Anyone could walk in on the first floor from the parking lo at the back of the building. In fact the back door was missing. One window in the room was missing a shade so that could not black out the external light. Hallway carpets could use a cleaning

Bad experience

We reached the hotel after 4, but still we were made to wait for 1 hour for checking in. We booked for 3 adults and 2 children, but only 2 towels were available The condition of the sofa bed is horrible, and the mattress on top of it, looks almost worn out. And no quilt or comforter for the sofa bed kept inside the room, when we tried to call the intercom, it is not working. we called thru mobile and we were asked to go down to the reception to pick it ourselves. but finally only bedsheets were given. The shower head is full of brown dust and moss around it. Totally, it is not an option to stay for the price we pay.

Not so happy

As soon as we arrived we found a pair of boxer shorts under the bench , it was a no smoking floor and the smell of marihuana in the hall and sometimes in our bedroom was terrible, it seems if you don’t have $500 to stay in a hotel you will find a lot of issues

Smoking out front was the only disappointment since walking in with young children smelling and stepping on cigarette butts. Overall, an amazing set up and so clean and nice. I’d book again for future competitions!
